Pricing FAQ

Who pays — the landlord or the tenant?

Either. The landlord typically pays when verifying a candidate. Tenants can also self-purchase a certificate to share proactively, at the same price.

How long is a certificate valid?

Landlord-purchased certificates are valid 90 days for that property. Tenant-purchased certificates are valid 30 days and shareable with any landlord.

What happens if the tenant does not respond?

If the tenant does not complete the consent flow within 7 days, we credit the full amount back to your account for use on a future verification. No refunds, no expiry on the credit for 12 months.

Is the tenant's data shared with us or with the landlord?

No. The tenant grants explicit consent to each check, the data is processed only to produce a pass/fail result with a score range, and the raw data is never exposed to the landlord. Every step is logged in our GDPR audit trail.

Are there subscription plans?

Not in phase 1. We are starting with one-time payments because that is what most private landlords need. Subscription tiers for high-volume landlords and property managers will follow once we have validated the model.
